Lake Wildwood is a gated community centered around a championship golf course and a three-hundred-acre man-made recreational lake. Situated above the valley fog and below the Sierra snow-line. Lake Wildwood Community Center

Lake Wildwood’s Community Center features beautiful meeting rooms, kitchen and wireless internet. Residents enjoy a variety of clubs and classes, including art, exercise, and adult education. Live concerts and other events are available to residents. The new clubhouse and
restaurant opened in 2017.

Shopping Around Lake Wildwood

The Lake Wildwood area has several good shopping areas, including the Gateway Center with a good Holiday Grocery Store and Deli, among other businesses. Close by are Rescue Me Collectibles, The Morgan Studio with fabulous Jewelry at great prices, and Pleasant Valley Pharmacy.

Closer to Highway 20 on Pleasant Valley Road, are a number of businesses, including Players Pizza, home of the Penn Valley Rotary Club. Players has recently expanded and added a rockin’ Sports Bar. And, of course, Grass Valley shopping areas are ten minutes away!
