Morgan Ranch in Grass Valley is one of the few local subdivisions where the developer creates the lots and builds the houses. Its combination of housing types, front yards landscaped by the developer, and convenient location have made it one of the most successful projects in Western Nevada County. Project manager Tony Medler is a master at phasing the project to meet market demand. We did the land use planning, entitlement, infrastructure design, construction staking, subdivision mapping, and lot surveys.
