Born and raised in Nevada County, Julie is passionate about this community. She grew up swimming in the clear waters of the Yuba
River, playing at the parks, attending the local schools and enjoying the many events that are held year round.
Julie married her childhood sweetheart in 2006. They purchased their first home and had two beautiful boys. By 2016 Julie and her family had outgrown their little home in Grass Valley. They found their dream home in Browns Valley, Yuba County. They enjoy organic gardening as well as other activities like riding quads.
Julie was employed in the medical device manufacturing field for 19 years. She worked her way up from the manufacturing floor to production supervisor. She always embraces learning opportunities and took on additional tasks such as quality inspector and internal auditor. Julie has the ability and experience to manage a variety of challenges that may arise in a proactive and efficient manner. With over 30 years in the area and a passion to help others Julie is the perfect fit to help with all your real estate needs.

In 2021 I chose to enter the real estate market after spending several years helping Nevada County residents obtain home construction financing and homeowners insurance. I have a passion for helping people with all aspects of their housing needs. I’ve been a Nevada County resident since 2007. I raised my five children in this remarkable community and cannot imagine a better place to live, work, and play. My husband and I have a blended family of ten with three still attending Grass Valley school district, playing sports, and participating in local church groups and 4-H club.. We are now overjoyed to be grandparents as well!

Dennis has been in the Real Estate industry since 2000. Working summers to earn tuition while attending UC Berkeley, Dennis found a summer job at Bookpeople Inc, in Berkeley, California. That lead to a 7 year long summer at Bookpeople where Dennis earned his ‘Business Degree’ in the best possible way, from beginning packing books in boxes to managing most departments of the company. Serving multiple terms as Corporate Secretary and Chairman of the Board, Dennis helped this burgeoning book distributor serve the community through distribution of the written word. Dennis is a multiple sales achievement award winner, Regional Sales Manager, National Sales Manager & Director of Sales for Random House, Inc. Relocating to Nevada County and settling in Grass Valley in 1990, Dennis chose Real Estate to continue his service to community.
