”My husband and I had seen a home with property for sale on the MLS web site. At the time we had just begun our process of looking. She assisted us and took us to see the home/property. We made a decision to put an offer in. To our disappointment there was already an offer. A year later, we were contacted by Alisa, stating that the same home was listed again. We proceeded with making an offer, it was accepted, then the bank decided to foreclose on it instead of letting us go through the short sale. The home was auctioned off on the courthouse steps and bought by Freddie Mac. We were devastated and frustrated. Alisa tracked down the representative with Freddie Mac that was responsible for the house. We have no idea how she did that, but that is how good she is.
Fast forward... She was able to find out the office that was going to be listing it.
